How to Create a Savings Group (Admin)
- Step 1: Click Groups
- Step 2: Click Create Savings Group
- Step 3: Enter savings group name
- Step 4: Enter number of members
- Step 5: Enter contribution amount
- Step 6: Select start date
- Step 7: Select contribution frequency
- Step 8: Click the Auto Payment checkbox if you want automatic payments
- Step 9: If you want to be part of the savings group, check the "Include me" box
- Step 10: Click Next
- Step 11: Invite members
How to Invite Members (Admin)
- Step 1: Go to Groups
- Step 2: Click Pending
- Step 3: Select the savings group
- Step 4: Click Edit
- Step 5: Click Members
- Step 6: Click Invite Members
- Step 7: Enter phone number
- Step 8: Click Send Invite
How to Arrange Payout Slot Schedule
- Step 1: Go to Groups
- Step 2: Click Pending
- Step 3: Select the savings group
- Step 4: Click Overview dropdown
- Step 5: Click Edit Payout
- Step 6: Drag and drop members into preferred order
- Step 7: Click Save
How to Manage a Savings Group (Admin)
- Step 1: Go to Groups
- Step 2: Click Pending or Active
- Step 3: Select the savings group
- Step 4: Click Edit
- Step 5: Use tabs to manage:
- Members
- Payouts
- Co-admins
- Billing
- Payout Schedule
