Help Center
Welcome to the SafeCircle Capital Help Center. This page covers the most common questions about using the app, especially if you are a susu admin managing a savings group.
When it is your turn in the payout rotation, funds are transferred directly to your linked bank account. You will receive a notification when your payout has been processed.
Yes. SafeCircle Capital uses bank-level encryption and partners with Plaid for secure bank integrations. Identity verification (KYC) is required for automatic payments to prevent fraud. Your data and funds are protected at every step.
Yes! You can create your own savings group as an admin. Simply sign up, go to the Groups section, and follow the steps to set up your group — choose the contribution amount, frequency, size, and start date. Then invite your trusted members.
If a member misses a payment, their risk score increases. The admin is notified and can take appropriate action. If automatic payments are enabled, the system will attempt to retry. Persistent missed payments may result in removal from the group at the admin's discretion.
The payout order is set by the admin when creating the group. Admins can arrange the schedule based on member agreements and preferences. Once set, the order is visible to all group members for full transparency.
SafeCircle Capital is a digital platform that helps admins manage their savings groups online. It is built around the traditional Susu system. Susu means a group of people agree to contribute money at a set time. Each round, one person receives the full amount. It continues until everyone has received once. SafeCircle does not run your savings group for you. The admin runs the savings group. SafeCircle provides the tools to manage it properly.
If 10 people contribute $300 every two weeks: 10 x $300 = $3,000. In the first round, one person receives $3,000. In the next round, the next person receives $3,000. This continues until all 10 people have received once. That is how a savings group works.
An admin is the person who creates and manages the savings group. Admins: Create the savings group, Invite members, Arrange payout order, Add co-admins, Edit group settings, Export savings group data. Admins cannot leave a savings group once it has started.
An end user is someone invited to join a savings group. End users: Accept or decline invitations, Make contributions, Receive payout when it is their turn, Chat inside the savings group
A savings group starts when:
1. The required number of members have joined.
2. 2. The start date has been reached.
3. If the savings group is still waiting for members or the start date has not arrived, it will remain Pending.
